Great location, central and lots around it. Good facilities in the property too. Good value for money. Comfy and clean.

Was not given the code to gain access until 5 minutes before arrival which was quite stressful. Window was broken and unable to open. Cleaners knocked 15 minutes before I was due to check out.

easy check in and communication was great up to the point I was not happy - nothing heard in response to my message about problems...

a window was broken so there was a constant cold draft. The heating did not seem to work so I was really cold for my entire stay. The bathroom sink is 8inches square and so not useable for anything bus washing hands. No response to my message of not being happy. Overpriced for what it is.
